Healthy Schools Collaborative: New Orleans Summit

Healthy students are better learners. Learn how you can support healthier students! At the exclusive New Orleans Summit, participants will learn practical strategies to support the Whole School, Whole Community and Whole Child. The summit will bring together superintendents, principals, school administrators and school leadership from the Greater New Orleans area. The summit will be held on November 7, 2018 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This event would not be possible without support from Aetna of Better Health of Louisiana and the New Orleans Pelicans. Aetna’s support has ensured that 100 education leaders will be able to attend the conference at no cost and gain valuable skills in support of healthier students.
This summit will include sessions on: Building Your School Health Team, Using the School Health Index and Fostering Community Support.
