October 11, 2023 - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Pennington Biomedical Conference Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Join Seeds to Success: The Louisiana Farm to School program for the seventh annual farm to school conference.
The Farm to School Conference will gather participants from across the state for an opportunity to learn, celebrate, share and inspire the movement of bringing healthy, local, sustainably grown foods to the minds and plates of students in Louisiana and beyond! Whether you are starting a school garden, or are a seasoned advocate of local food procurement, this event is for you. All sessions are in-person, guided by farm to school champions from across the state. As in the past, the gathering will feature a venue for networking in a relaxed, face-to-face environment, allowing participants to grow lasting connections.
Registration is required to attend and can be found at https://LAF2S2023.eventbrite.com. The cost is $23 per person and will include breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and sessions throughout the day.
